Conducted hundred’s of inspections aboard ocean-going vessels with focus on cargo stowage/securing/documentation, loading and discharging of various types of cargo including dry bulk. Performed damaged cargo surveys, container and flatrack inspections, ocean vessel heavy weather surveys with damages, and crew injury surveys. Performed Port State Control inspections for the following maritime nations: Bahamas, Antigua and Barbuda, Panama, Barbados, Marshall Islands, Vanuatu, and Luxembourg. Also included Maritime Investigations performed on behalf of the Marshall Islands, and Vanuatu. All results communicated in written reports.
